A: Every item is custom-made on demand. Total fulfillment time is 5–10 business days (2–5 business days for production + 3–5 business days for shipping). During peak holiday weeks, we recommend placing orders early.
Q: What is the holiday order deadline for guaranteed delivery?
A: To ensure your items arrive in time for the holidays, please place all orders by December 8th.
Q: How do I care for my lifestyle items?
A:
Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve print clarity.
Soy Candles: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax pool to reach the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item in the Mosaic Luxe Lifestyle collection is custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please reference our size charts carefully prior to purchasing.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
