Some clients book one visit. Others call when they need help making decisions throughout a project.

You bring the questions. Mosaic Luxe helps you figure out the next step.

  • What types of projects fit Design By The Hour™?
Design By The Hour™ works well for smaller renovations, furnishing updates, room refreshes, layout questions, finish selections, styling support, and in-home consultations.

    Can I book a one-time consultation?
Yes. Some homeowners book a single session for expert direction, while others continue with ongoing hourly support as projects evolve.

Is this only for large renovations?
No. Many clients use Design By The Hour™ for smaller projects, phased updates, or homes that simply need thoughtful refinement and cohesion.

Can you help with furnishings and styling?
Yes. Furnishing selections, styling layers, lighting, artwork, and finishing details can all be incorporated based on your needs.

    How is pricing structured?
Design By The Hour™ is billed hourly based on the level of support and involvement required. In-home and virtual consultations are both available.

    How should I prepare?
Bring whatever you have—photos, inspiration, layouts, measurements, listings, contractor plans, or questions. If you don’t have everything organized yet, that’s completely fine.

Is this a good first step before renovating?
Yes. The Design Consultation™ is specifically designed to help homeowners clarify scope, direction, and priorities before committing to larger renovation decisions.

Can I book more than one consultation?
Yes. Additional consultations may be scheduled as needed depending on project scope and level of advisory support desired.

Does this include full-service design or purchasing?
No. The Design Consultation™ is advisory in nature and intended for focused guidance and planning. Projects needing ongoing support may transition into Guided Design™.

    Is this available virtually?
Yes. Sessions are available virtually via Zoom.

The Design Consultation™ is $350 for a 90-minute in-home consultation within Palm Beach County or $300 virtually via Zoom.

Flexible design guidance. Clear next steps. Thoughtful direction.

Mosaic Luxe Design Edit™ - Client Reviews

“Stacey designed a space that exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail and thoughtful care made this an incredible experience.”
~ Oakland County (MI)

“Stacey is creative, extremely professional, and white glove in every way. She totally understood my vision and implemented beyond expectations. I will definitely work with her again and again. I highly recommend her.”
~ The Oaks, Boca Raton (FL)

“Stacey designed and put together a two-bedroom condo (a second residence) for my family. The idea of designing and furnishing a condo out of state at first sounded impossible, but once I met Stacey, I knew things were going to get done on time and look amazing. The condo looks incredible, and I know I couldn’t have done it without her.”
~ Chicago (IL)

“Stacey Cohen is an excellent designer with exceptional taste. She completed our design consultations with professionalism and punctuality that made the process fun, easy, and affordable. She really learned our taste and how to make things creative and functional, even in some of the more unusual spaces we’ve lived in. We tried other designers, but they truly paled in comparison. We’ve worked with several designers in the past, and Stacey stands out from the crowd. We’ve had several spaces designed by Stacey and receive glowing compliments from friends and family.”
~ San Francisco (CA)

Trusted guidance. Calm execution. Elevated results.
