    Design fee is quoted based on scope, complexity, and timeline.

    Selections are handled with clear direction and organized decision-making. Site visits are included as needed based on scope—so details stay aligned and the work feels intentional throughout the project.

    Can Guided Design™ expand into full-service design?
    Guided Design™ is designed for focused renovation support and ongoing upgrades—not full renovations. If your project grows beyond the original scope, we can either extend Guided Design™ to continue supporting the work, or transition into hourly support for final touches and follow-through. Full renovation work is reserved for the Mosaic Luxe Signature Project™ from the start.
