I’ve worked this method subconsciously for decades—long before it had a name. With the newest generation of software and tools, I was finally able to see it clearly, structure it, and share it in a way that feels honest and complete.

Since doing so, I’ve seen measurable growth in my numbers and a noticeable strength in my communication. More importantly, the things I had been holding onto too tightly—ideas, offers, directions that weren’t quite right—finally loosened. When everything was put out into the open, I could see what belonged and what didn’t. The wrong things fell away on their own.
