Session Focus — Discover
Purpose of this session: To define your brand voice, pillars, and backend systems so confidence replaces hesitation and tools work for you, not against you.
Build your Brand
Who you are showing up as
What you are committed to talking about repeatedly
How clients should feel after interacting with your content
Winning Words
These words will be reused across ChatGPT prompts, captions, and visual copy to reinforce your brand language over time.
Choose words that describe how your brand sounds and feels — not what you sell.
Your pillars should be broad enough to repeat, but specific enough to recognize.
If you’re unsure, choose what feels easiest to talk about consistently.
Pillar 1:
Pillar 2:
Pillar 3
Why Repetition Matters
Platforms don’t understand intention. They understand patterns.
When you repeat the same three pillars across your content, the system begins to recognize what you consistently talk about, who your content is for, and where it should be shown.
This isn’t about posting the same thing over and over — it’s about staying inside the same topics, language, and themes long enough for recognition to form.
Repetition teaches the platform what to expect from you — and who to show you to.
Timeframe & Consistency
Algorithms respond to steady signals, not bursts of effort.
For most platforms, expect 60–90 days of consistent posting for patterns to register clearly. During this window, rotate through your pillars repeatedly — different angles, same core ideas.
Consistency matters more than volume.
The goal is not constant output. The goal is clear signals over time.
After a few months, you’ll notice:
one pillar feels easier to talk about
one gets more engagement
one attracts better conversations
That’s not luck. That’s the system learning.
iCloud Assets
Let’s pause to review
File Folders
Save as - “brand-name-item-description”
Assets: Brand related: logo, headshots
Assets: Evergreen
Assets: Fresh *Best Practice - Per Platform
There’s not wrong way to organzine, as long as it works for you and has order
Good to do regular housekeeping of files on a monthly/ quarterly basis
Chat Control
Log it and confirm your settings. Or at least see where they are, so the tone can be changed. It is important to note, that even with all the set up, Chat is designed to derail and get you thinking in a different direction. If you are open to that path, at that stage of your flow, great. If not, it is a challenge to get it back. There are hacks you will have to personally create to get around it.
Lesson 1: Create Your Content in ChatGPT
Goal: generate 12 clear content captions using your 3 pillars
Step 1: Open ChatGPT
Log into ChatGPT and start a new conversation. This is where your content begins. You are not trying to be clever — you are trying to be consistent.
Step 2: Give ChatGPT clear inputs
Paste the following structure and replace the brackets with your information:
Create 12 short-form content captions for social media using these three brand pillars:
Each caption should have a column for: Header, sub-header and lite copy
Pillar 1: [insert pillar]
Pillar 2: [insert pillar]
Pillar 3: [insert pillar]Use a calm, confident, conversational tone.
Lightly pepper in these supporting words and phrases where they fit naturally:
[insert 5–9 words or phrases you want associated with your brand]Each caption should be clear, simple, and aligned with one pillar. Label each caption by pillar.
Step 3: Review, don’t perfect
Read through the responses. You are looking for:
clarity
alignment
ease
You are not editing heavily. Small tweaks are fine. Overthinking is not.
Step 4: Copy into a spreadsheet
Open Numbers or Excel.
Create columns with these headers:
Post #
Pillar
Caption Text
Notes (optional)
Copy and paste each caption into a new row.
Step 5: Save to iCloud
Save the file as:
MLD_Discover_Content_12_Posts
Store it inside your MLD / Discover folder in iCloud.
This file becomes your source document. You will come back to it.
Closing — Before You Move On
Your pillars are set. Your language is defined.
Your job at this stage isn’t to optimize or judge — it’s to repeat what you’ve chosen clearly and calmly until patterns emerge.
In the next session, we turn these words into a visual system — so your ideas move from text to usable content.
