Session Focus — Deliver

Purpose of this session: To move from creation into delivery, promotion, and momentum.

The Delivery Mindset

This phase is intentionally simple.

You are moving content from idea → image → caption → schedule without friction.
Over time, repetition will feel boring. That’s expected — and necessary.

Systems work because they repeat, not because they excite.
Delivery is the work now.

Execution Rules (Discipline + Context)

A task is considered done when it is uploaded, scheduled, and dated inside Metricool.

If it exists on the calendar, it is complete.

Move on when:

the content is placed
the caption is clear
the file name is reusable
the post will publish without intervention

Once scheduled, the work is closed.

Metricool - Platform Overview

Connect accounts once, then stop revisiting settings. Connect Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and any secondary platforms you intend to post to. Confirm time zone, posting windows, and profile permissions. Do not adjust these again unless something breaks.

Use three areas only. Planner (to schedule), Autolists (for evergreen rotation), Analytics (for light review only). Ignore inbox, ads, and competitor tabs for now. They add noise.

Default workflow inside Metricool. Create content outside Metricool → upload via Planner or Autolist → schedule → move on. Metricool is a delivery tool, not a creation space.

Creating Captions in Chat

Step 1: Open ChatGPT

Start a new chat.
This will become a reusable prompt, not a one-off conversation.

Step 2: Upload 4 finished images

Upload 4 images at a time from your iCloud folder.
These are the Canva designs you just created.

Do not overthink which ones. This is about flow, not curation.

Step 3: Paste your caption prompt

Use the same structured prompt each time. Example:

Create Instagram captions for these images. Use best practices for high-performing IG content. Include light SEO where it fits naturally. Write in short, clear lines. Add 1–2 relevant emojis. Keep the tone calm, confident, and conversational.

Do not over explain.

Save this prompt. You will reuse it often.

Step 4: Review and copy

Scan for: clarity, ton, alignment Make light edits only.
Pro-Tip: Keep both chat window and Metricool open in split screen to copy and paste directly

Step 5: Repeat in batches

Upload the next 4 images and say:
“Do the same as above.”

Then upload the final 4 and repeat.

Note on Chat Behavior

Chat drift is normal.

Control comes from reset — not correction.
When tone or structure shifts:

start a new chat
paste your saved prompt
continue

This is part of using AI as a repeatable tool, not a creative free-for-all.

Key Reminder

You are teaching the algorithm what you talk about by repeating the same three pillars over time.

This process works because:

ChatGPT helps you stay consistent in language
Canva keeps visuals aligned
Metricool handles timing and delivery

Your job is not to reinvent content.
Your job is to repeat the right things long enough for them to register.

Lesson 3: Upload and Schedule in Metricool

Goal: schedule all 12 posts at once

Step 1: Open Metricool

Log in and connect your social accounts if not already done.

Step 2: Upload your posts

Go to the planner.

Upload the 12 images you created in Canva.

Step 3: Paste captions

For each post:

Copy the caption from your spreadsheet
Paste it into Metricool
Make platform-specific tweaks only if necessary

Step 4: Schedule consistently

Spread the 12 posts out evenly:

3–5 posts per week
Rotate through the 3 pillars
Do not cluster the same pillar back-to-back

Step 5: Save and step away

Once scheduled, stop adjusting.

The work now moves into observation, not control.

Momentum Over Refinement

Once content is scheduled, it’s done.

Delivery replaces perfection.
Momentum replaces analysis.
